We currently operate several fitness superstores across Canada. In Ontario, you can visit us in Markham (our headquarters), Mississauga, London, Barrie, or Whitby. We’ve also expanded to Alberta with stores in Calgary and Edmonton. Each showroom features a wide range of equipment on display so you can try out different models with guidance from our knowledgeable staff.

We proudly serve both residential and commercial clients. Our Commercial Division specializes in outfitting fitness clubs, corporate wellness centers, condo and apartment gyms, schools, police/fire departments, and rehabilitation clinics with professional-grade equipment. Whether you’re a homeowner looking for a single treadmill or a facility needing dozens of machines, our team can handle your needs.

The Treadmill Factory is an authorized dealer for many top fitness brands. We carry cardio machines from Matrix, NordicTrack, Vision, Horizon, Sole, Bowflex, Schwinn and more, as well as strength equipment from Body-Solid, Inspire, Hoist, Element Fitness, XM Fitness, IronAx and others. All of our products are genuine and backed by manufacturer warranties.

Yes, we ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Since we are a Canadian company and our products ship from within Canada, you will not incur any import duties, customs charges, or hidden brokerage fees.

Yes, in-store pickup is available for select locations. Currently, pickup is offered at our Markham, Ontario location. Once your order is ready, our staff will notify you to collect it.

Yes, we offer in-home delivery and setup for an additional fee. Our trained delivery crew can deliver and assemble your equipment in the room of your choice, ensuring everything is working properly. This service is currently available in select areas of Ontario and Alberta.

We partner with Flexiti to provide financing options. Qualified customers can receive 0% interest financing for up to 12 months on approved credit. Applications are quick and can be done online at checkout or in-store.
