These are affordable and perfect for teaching Pilates spine neutralization and fundamental moves. As long as you’re not standing on them they will last a long time. The more dense foam ones are more durable - but much more expensive. These fit my needs perfectly. Service was amazing! They arrived in 3 days and were individually wrapped. There was no instruction guide included however - which is listed in the description
