The Balance Pad combines both exercise and coordination skills. Widely used for rehabilitation and sports conditioning, the Balance Pad challenges balance and can be laid on top of another to increase the "wobble effect". It is suitable for strengthening lower back muscles and doing lunges and squats, and can even be used as a swimming float! For rehabilitation, injury prevention, athletic conditioning and beginning balance training.
• Super soft, closed cell foam pad forces active recruitment of the foot's muscular system, increasing strength, stamina and mobility.
• Impervious to water, easy to clean and long-lasting.

Love my Balance pad
With arthritic knees, I find it difficult to kneel on the floor. The balance pad is firm but soft enough to cushion my knees. I also find it helpful to sit on it for certain stretches. Definitely a good investment.

Very well made. I use it as it is easy on my knees. I mostly use it for my dog as part of his recovery conditioning after surgery. Also used as a training tool for my dogs.
Your secret weapon at a low cost
I use two of these pads for unilateral work - looks easy, but the longer you stay on, the harder it gets. Great for single leg plyometric moves as well, really engages all the muscles in your trunk - especially calves and ankles
Balancing Away
I started doing physio to help with my balance issues due to MS and one of the items they had me use was the balance pad. I had troubles finding it here in town and on the web the prices were insane! I was very pleased to find your website and the quality of your product is excellent (and so was the price!). Thank you for helping me get better with my balance with your product! I have passed your information on the my physio and they are letting their patients know about your site now. Thank you!!
