These rings live outside in our backyard gym. They've held up really well and are a great value. With the plastic I don't worry about them getting wet.
Mounted on my power rack and use for supine pullups and dips. The only problem was with the ratchet strap. it kept sliding. Maybe I have it threaded wrong though.
They're great!
I also have this same brand with steel rings. The plastic is warmer and not painful when bumping them while walking past like the steel is.
Q:Hello there, What is the maximum weight this ring system can take? Can a 250lb individual use it for ring pull ups? Please get back with maximum weight capacity. Regards, Nes

A:Hello,
The maximum weight capacity for the particular item is 275lbs so you would be able to use it for ring pull ups.
Thanks,
