It s perfect,i do kick boxing training

I've had this for about a year and a half now, and it's still going strong. In all that time, not a single mark, rip or tear even with hard strikes from (suitable) training weapons over the course of 20+ min workouts, along with numerous unarmed sessions. Nothing bothers it.
Strongly recommended.

We bought 3 of them for our dojo and love it. They are high quality and we expect them to last for some time to come. All the weight is in the base, so it becomes like an inflatable clown punching toy - this is good and bad, as you can use the swing back as a simulated counter attach, but also means sometimes you are waiting for the bag to return to an upright position.
The outer material can be hard on the hands, so some people prefer gloves + tape on the instep if you are using it for extended periods of time.
