This Sissy Squat is very compact, yet extremely heavy-duty and will offer a solid base to perform this underestimated exercise.
It is designed to keep the lower leg vertical while performing a freestanding squat (something otherwise impossible to do).

Great Quad Bench
Don't let the name fool you, after a number of reps your quads will be screaming. The padding is large and comfortable. Great quality for the price.

its a good bench nothing to mention for what it does.
stability and muscle contraction. do not expect to use this with heavy weight but max plate of 45 because its 300lb + weight if added during the motion. the padding is large which should be to protect yourself during the movement. i do wish there was a bench pad at the ending of the stand then the long bar touching your back during the movement end stage. i will be doing some custom work to prevent this from happening. really good quality bench and stability for what it does.

I love this machine , it’s sturdy and great padding . Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the pad for knees could be a little lower . I’m 5’2 and it’s still a little high for me at lowest setting
