Wish I could give zero stars. Purchased the vibration plate and it didn’t work. Customer service has not been helpful. They are unwilling to give a refund without a 30% restocking fee. The product never worked and they know this product has issues when we called. This is horrible. Don’t buy anything from this company

very good vibration machine
This is an excellent unit. My wife and I use this daily as part of our weight training routine. I have found it useful to strengthen core muscles, reduce fatigue and assist in the rehabilitation of acute sore lumbar and neck pain (after a night of sleeping in the wrong position). This is a highly recommended unit with basic operations that is user friendly. It is also a portable and space saving unit if room limitations does not permit a larger unit. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
