A:Yes, you can certainly use them outdoors, but it is recommended to glue them down.

A:It is generally recommended to glue down rolls. You can also use double sided tape but it is not as effective as glue.

A:Yes, this does work perfectly but needs to be glued down. You can also look at our 2' x 2' tiles that do not need to be glued.

Q:As this is rubber, is it cleaned throughly to reduce smell? Or is this best used in commercial gyms? I am looking for a mat that would suit a personal gym and require minimal oder.

A:It is one of the best and lowest odour mats as it is Made in Canada and not an import. You are welcome to visit any of our retail stores to determine the level of rubber smell prior to purchasing. Our puzzle mats are the same material and vendor.

A:If you have a thin carpet, then it should be fine. We would not recommend on thick carpet, especially with under pad.
