- Made out of heavy-duty Cordura nylon, with reinforced straps and stitching, for the maximum in strength and durability
- The straps have Turn-and-Lock, forged steel carabiners that hook into any universal gym
- Inside the bottom of the strap is heavy-duty, high-density foam to support and cushion the arms during use, covered with soft, brushed nylon for comfort
- The sides of the straps have been lined with brushed nylon that protects the arms and makes the Ab Slings easier and more comfortable to use

Awkward
These are very awkward- slide on the bar- however I do like the heavy thread and intensity of the piece.
High Quality Carabiners
I am really impressed with the quality of this product. My main concern was the quality and durability of the carabiners. But after examining the carabiners and testing them out I am impressed. You can't tell by the pics but the carabiners are large and thick. I was really on the fence between these and the competitions which are selling the Northern Lights for $9.99. But you pay for what you get it. The NL are not well built like these and you can probably tell by just looking the NL in pics around the web. The NL carabiners look thin, small, and flimsy.... I got these on-sale for $29.99. A real bargain seeing regular price is $89.99
