XM FITNESS Commercial Olympic Swiss Bar

Shipping was timely and arrived in almost perfect shape. Overall great quality piece of strength training kit. Really like it for the comfort of having neutral hands pressing. I like that it is 65LB and huge.

Awesome bar for doing max effort bench or speed work. Made of solid bar stock, heavy as hell at 65 lbs. Fits my bodysolid power rack perfectly. Great price! Ordered it on thursday, left for the weekend and it was waiting for me when i got home on sunday. 2 day delivery! Will definitly buy again from treadmill :-).

Heavy duty. You won't need or want to add weight to this hefty bar. Excellent product. I have this and the black thicker handled bar for variations. Great pairing.

Purchased the swiss bar for benching and rows, all I can say it's the best purchase I have made the bar is great for benching if you have shoulder issues you can do curls and rows as well as reverse grip bench.
