I was using a make shift set up with my oly bar till I bought this landmine. So much better. Smooth lifts and rotation, and the standard bar slot has even been used for a rotator cuff exercises since it's much lighter for that. Landmines are where it's at.

Been using this for over a year. No worries, built like a tank. I use it weekly with their Viking bar for overhead press and floor presses. Love it.
