I am currently 215lbs, no problem with holding my weight.
Easy to install, and comes with screws which is nice.
Here is a bonus: The cheapest I found in the market!

We dont have a door that we could use the TRX with as there would be no room to exercise. When i saw this mount I thought it would be the perfect fix. I was really worried it would be cheap and not hold the weight properly or that It would pull out of the ceiling. It was neither of these!! Couldnt be happier with it!!!!
